• Maxpo Exhibitions Private Limited reserves the right to remove any participant or exhibitor who violates event conduct standards.
• Event schedules, speakers, and venue details are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payments & Fees

• All fees are quoted in the currency stated at the time of registration and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in the invoice or registration confirmation.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of any deposit paid.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxpo Exhibitions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill.

7. Force Majeure
