Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them discover the right solutions we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Reach out through calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture leads.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure all communication is professional, friendly, and aligned with company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Business Development (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Confident, energetic, and eager to learn about customer handling and sales processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, target-driven attitude.
